Bill of Quantities can be imported/exported directly from/to standard estimating packages, minimising the use of paper at any stage, whilst allowing tenderers to order paper copies locally as required. Documents can be easily managed and information exchanged with the market or any other document management system instantaneously. Tendering can be done multilevel between clients, contractors, sub-contractors etc., including disaggregation of packages and aggregation back to responses.
