Instructions
In order to register as a supplier company - enabling you to access and respond to tenders, please complete the Supplier Company Registration form on this page.

The first user who registers the supplier company will automatically become the “system administrator” for your supplier company.

The first user (systems administrator) will be able to create additional users for your supplier company so that they can access tenders as well. The systems administrator also will be able to change administrator person or create more system administrators.

Should your company already be registered (ie with same organisation/VAT number) you will be notified with a warning message - please contact our Customer Support Team (support@eu-supply.com) who will inform you who made the original registration. You can then contact them if desired. Further registration with identical registration numbers is permitted, but will manifest itself as multiple registrations on our system.

Don’t forget to click “Save”.

Please NOTE: Your supplier registration will be reviewed and you will receive an email confirming your registration within 1 working day. If you need urgent approval of your supplier registration, please email us on support@eu-supply.com, quoting your company details and we will fast track your registration.
